Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) for informational purposes, while all payments are processed in Serbian dinars (RSD).

All prices are shown in decimal format (e.g., 49,99 EUR).

Payment is available via credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard) through a secure online payment system.

All products sold on this website are digital and delivered electronically.

After successful payment, the customer will receive access to the purchased product via email or through their user account on the website.

Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases.

No physical shipping is required.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure access to digital content.

Customers have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Complaints can be submitted via email, along with proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, once access to the product has been granted or the product has been downloaded, the customer loses the right to withdraw from the purchase, except in cases of technical defects or non-delivery.

In case of technical issues or inability to access purchased content, customers are entitled to request support, replacement, or refund.

In the event of a refund to a customer who has previously paid using a payment card, either partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the refund, CENTAR TESLA is obliged to process refunds exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro and Dina payment methods.

This means that the bank will, at the merchant’s request, execute the refund to the cardholder’s account.

VAT is included in the price and there are no hidden costs.

All payments will be charged in Serbian currency – Dinar (RSD).

The amount charged to your credit card account is obtained by converting the price stated in euros into Serbian dinars in accordance with the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia.

When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate applied by credit card associations, which cannot be known at the time of the transaction.

As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
